Requirements & Certifications

• Temp privileges available - 45 days to credential with temps
• Active KY license required
• If not Board Certified, years of eligibility defined by facility?: 6 but depends on the certification
• Life Certs required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
