Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in North-Central Kentucky

Emergency Medicine Opportunity – Community Hospital (North-Central Kentucky)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• ABEM/BEEM only

FACILITY OVERVIEW:

• ~15,000 annual ED visits
• Approx. 1.15 patients per hour
• ~90 licensed hospital beds
• EPIC EMR
• 24-hour physician coverage
• 8 hours daily APP coverage
• No trauma designation
• No scribe coverage

SPECIALTY BACKUP:

• Internal Medicine, Cardiology (chest pain and stroke protocols), Neurology/Stroke access, Imaging, Women’s Services, and Surgical Services
• Regional Level I trauma center available for higher-acuity transfers

SHIFT STRUCTURE:

• 8–12 hour shifts
