• Practice setting: Medically supervised model in a large OR environment (20+ rooms)
• EMR: Epic
• Case mix: General cases, including heads and healthy pediatrics; no OB. Advanced structural heart procedures (e.g., mitral clips, Watchman) — no open heart
• Schedule:  8h-10h Shifts (4-5 Shifts / Week M-F, 40h Minimum)
• Call: None
• Availability needed: Full-time commitment (3–4 weeks/month)
• Compensation: Overtime applies after 40 hours/week
