Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Regional Referral Hospital (Northwestern Pennsylvania)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Cardiac capable required
• OB and Pediatrics proficiency required
• Active state license and DEA required
• Call participation preferred
• Local candidates preferred

PRACTICE SETTING:

• ~15,000 annual anesthesia cases
• 26 anesthesia locations across hospital campus and affiliated outpatient sites
• 10 MD / 36 CRNA anesthesia care team model
• 1 MD + 2 CRNAs in-house 24/7
• Physicians supervise CRNAs

CASE MIX:

Orthopedics, GI, General Surgery, OB (approx. 2,000 annual deliveries), GYN, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Thoracic, and Cardiac.

Cardiac Volume (~300 annually) includes:

• CABG (on- and off-pump)
• TAVR
• Mitral valve clip
• Watchman procedures
• Cardiac ablation
• TEE

Some trauma exposure.

SCHEDULE & CALL:

• 8-hour shifts
• Call required
• Approx. every 9th day on call over a six-month period
• Defined weekday and weekend call distribution
