The opportunity

• Physician coverage to complete patient visits at skilled nursing facilities.

Schedule and commitment

• Flexible scheduled blocks of 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Travel between facilities may be needed during the workday.
• Preferred completion by November 30, 2026; December availability may be possible.

Clinical details

• Estimated workload: two visits per hour.
• Review medical history and medications, assess the patient, and document findings and follow-up in the EMR.
• EMR: Omnivers.

Requirements

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine experience.
• Other specialties may be considered with geriatric experience.
• ABFM/ABIM certification or eligibility preferred; flexibility depends on geriatric experience.
• Locally based physicians with multiple days of availability preferred.

Compensation and logistics

• Driving between facilities for exams is compensated hourly.
