The opportunity

• Permanent outpatient primary care focused on senior and Medicare Advantage patients, preventive care, and quality outcomes.

Schedule and commitment

• No nights or weekends.
• No hospital rounding.

Clinical details

• Small patient panels with no overbooking.
• Relationship-based care with clinical, pharmacy, care-coordination, and administrative support.
• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active Alabama license or ability to obtain.
• Preferred: 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Preferred: Medicare Advantage or value-based care experience; this experience is not required.
• ACLS/BLS as required for the assignment.

Compensation and logistics

• Salary with a quality-based performance bonus; compensation is not RVU/production driven.
• Sign-on bonus available.
