Required for presentation: Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA

• Board Requirements: ABEM/BEEM or ABFM w/ EM Experience
• Life Certification Requirements: ATLS and ACLS required for non-boarded EM and FM physicians. (Initial ATLS required for EM boarded physicians but does not need to be current)
