CRNA Locum Opportunity – Southern Arizona
Provider Requirements
• NBCRNA with Active AZ License
• ACLS & BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Must be comfortable practicing independently
• Must be proficient in peripheral nerve blocks
• Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and take call
• Must be willing to be credentialed at and work across multiple locations
• Provider cannot reside within 60 miles of the facility
• Provider must contract with the agency prior to bid submission
Practice Setting
• EMR: Cerner
• Independent practice environment
• Call coverage required across multiple sites
Case Mix
• Orthopedics, vascular, head & spine, regional anesthesia
• Endoscopy, general surgery, OB, GYN robotics, urology, podiatry
• Pulmonary/bronchoscopy lab, gastroenterology
• Cardiac, thoracic, structural heart
Schedule & Call
• 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
• Call rotation: 1:5
• 30-minute response time
• Approximately 5% callback rate
• Overtime applies when applicable
