Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physicians Needed in Indianapolis Region

Emergency Medicine Opportunity – Freestanding ED/Urgent Care Network (Central Indiana)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Indiana license or IMLC required
• ABEM/BEEM certified only
• ACLS required (firm requirement)
• No temporary privileges available
• Immediate coverage need – 20–25 shifts per month

PRACTICE SETTING:

Multiple freestanding ED/Urgent Care hybrid locations within the same health system.

No trauma designation. No inpatient beds on site. No specialty backup on site.

LOCATION PROFILES:

Site A:

• ~20,000 annual visits
• Approx. 48 patients/day (ED + Urgent Care combined)
• 24-hour physician coverage
• 10–12 hours daily APP coverage
• 12-hour shifts (7a–7p, 7p–7a)

Site B:

• ~17,500 annual visits
• Approx. 40 patients/day (ED + Urgent Care combined)
• 24-hour physician coverage
• Variable APP coverage
• 12-hour shifts (7a–7p, 7p–7a)

Site C:

• ~17,500 annual visits
• Approx. 36 patients/day (ED + Urgent Care combined)
• 24-hour physician coverage
• Variable APP coverage
• 24-hour shifts (7a–7a)
