• Physician Coverage: 24 hours
• Shift Times:  7a-7p; 7p-7a
• EMR:  EPIC
• Hospital Beds: 25-bed critical-access hospital
• ED Beds: 10

Provider Credentialing Requirements:

• Board Certification(s):  ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS, or other BCs;
  • ABMS boards only in EMFM-IM;
• Life Certs: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS
  • EM Boarded needs ACLS and PALS (AHA)
• License Requirements: Active NY License and DEA in hand
