Locum Tenens CRNA – High-Paying Flexible Opportunity

OB & Peds Proficient Required.

Setting:

• EMR:  Epic
• Must be willing to float to OR/Surgery
• 26 Anesthesia Locations: 19 within Saint Vincent Hospital, 4 at ASC across the street, 2 at Endo Center, 1 at Westfield Memorial Hospital.
• 11 MD, 32 CRNA Anesthesia Care Team Model
• There is always 1 MD and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day
• Physicians generally supervise CRNAs
• Medically Directed, 1:2 or 1:3
• Docs mostly do regional and epidurals. Docs have a great relationship with CRNAs and would possibly be open to a CRNA doing them if they really wanted to. 
• CRNAs do not do cardiac

Case Mix:

• Case Volume: 19,572 Annual
• Ortho, GI, general, OB, GYN, urology, vascular, neuro, ophthalmology, thoracic, cardiac (including 152 open hearts). Some trauma.
• Spinals and A-Lines Optional

Scheduling/Call:

• Shift Times: 8h Shifts (5/Week)

Rates:

• Max Rate: $225/h + Travel
