Setting:

• EMR: Paper
• All CRNA model – 4 full time staff
• 3 Main OR’s and 1 OB OR

Case Mix:

• Annual Volume: 1800 Cases
• OB – ~507 annual deliveries; ~61 c-sections; ~386 epidurals
• ENT, GI, general surgery, OB, GYN, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, ortho, pain, podiatry, urology, & MRI. No cardiac.
• Largest source of volume is Endo at this site, followed up by Ortho/OB/General

Scheduling/Call:

• Shift Times:  8h Shifts (M-F)
• Call:  Weekend Call Shifts. One CRNA on-call and a back-up call just in case there are any cases outside of OB at night
• Ideal candidate willing to cover 3 weeks or even 2 on/2 off
• Pager call 1:3 night and weekend (1 CRNA always off)
