Locum Tenens CRNA – High-Paying Flexible Opportunity

Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester, MA)

Setting:

• EMR:  TBD
• Staffing Model: 10 MDs, 36 CRNAs
• 21 Points of Service: 19 ORs plus endo, cardiac and OB
• Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised
• There is always 1 MD and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day
• OB team of In-house CRNAs

Case Mix:

• Case Volume: 15,000 Annual
• In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac case including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE
• General, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB.
• No trauma

Scheduling/Call:

• Shift Times:  10h, 12h Shifts on Weekdays Only Needed
  • 8 hours 7:00AM-3:00PM
  • 10 hours 7:00AM-5:00PM
  • 12 hours 7:00AM-7:00PM
  • 16 hours 7:00AM-11:00PM
  • 24 hours OB/OR 7:00AM-7:00AM
• Call:  
  • 7PM-7AM during the week (30% call back) and 7AM-7AM on the weekends (80% call back).
  • CRNAs take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends
  • OB CRNA call is in-house (24 hours)

Rates:

• Max Rate: $200/h + Travel
