Locum Tenens CRNA – High-Paying Flexible Opportunity in Central MA

CRNA Opportunity – Regional Referral Hospital (Central Massachusetts)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Massachusetts license and DEA required
• Full-time weekly availability required
• Participation in call required
• Locum candidates must already hold an active license and DEA

PRACTICE SETTING:

• 10 MD / 36 CRNA anesthesia care team model
• 21 points of service (19 ORs plus Endoscopy, Cardiac, and OB)
• Medically directed model in OR
• OB CRNAs supervised
• 1 MD + 2 CRNAs in-house 24/7
• Dedicated in-house OB CRNA team

CASE MIX:

• ~15,000 annual surgical cases
• ~2,000 deliveries annually
• ~300 cardiac cases annually (including TAVR, mitral valve clip, Watchman, on- and off-pump CABG, cardiac ablation, and TEE)
• General, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT/Ophthalmology, Bariatric, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Thoracic, GYN, Dermatology, Plastics, Cardiac, and OB
• No trauma

SCHEDULE OPTIONS (Weekdays Needed):

• 8-hour (7a–3p)
• 10-hour (7a–5p)
• 12-hour (7a–7p)
• 16-hour (7a–11p)
• 24-hour OB/OR (7a–7a)

CALL STRUCTURE:

• Weekday beeper call: 7p–7a (~30% callback)
• Weekend 24-hour beeper call (~80% callback)
• CRNAs take weekday call approx. once per month
• Weekend call approx. twice per year
• OB CRNA call is in-house (24 hours)
