Emergency Medicine Opportunity – Community Hospital (North-Central Indiana)

POSITION DETAILS:

• 12-hour shifts
• Ongoing coverage need
• 24-hour physician coverage model
• 12 hours daily APP coverage (10a–10p)

FACILITY OVERVIEW:

• ~20,000 annual ED visits
• Approx. 1.5 patients per hour
• 14 ED beds
• 83 hospital beds
• ~10% admission rate
• No trauma designation
• Robust specialty backup available
• Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation
• No scribe coverage

CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS:

• ABEM/BEEM
• OR
• ABFM/ABIM with Emergency Medicine experience

Certifications:

• ABEM: NALS or NRP required
• FM/IM/BEEM: ACLS, ATLS, NALS or NRP, and PALS required
