Provider Requirements:

• ACLS, BLS via AHA Required

Setting:

• EMR: Epic
• 5 MD, 6 CRNA Care Team Model
• Average daily onsite staffing:
  • 3 physicians/5 CRNAs with 2 physicians supervising the 5 CRNAs in rooms, and 3rd physician in a room providing direct patient care.
  • Late room coverage: 2 rooms until 5:30
  • Single provider after 5:30 p
• 6 ORs, 2 Endo Suites, 1 Procedure Room
• Physicians place all epidurals and/or blocks at the current time 

Case Mix:

• Annual Cases: 4,000
• Type: Bread & butter, Ortho, General, Urology, Endoscopy

• Shift Times:  8h Shifts (7a-330p, M-F)

Rates:

• Competitive hourly rate plus travel and malpractice provided
