CRNA Opportunity – Community Hospital (Central Massachusetts)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Massachusetts license and DEA required
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
• Full-time weekly availability required
• Locum candidates must already hold an active license and DEA

PRACTICE SETTING:

• 5 MD / 6 CRNA care team model
• Average daily onsite staffing:
  • 3 physicians
  • 5 CRNAs
  • 2 physicians supervising CRNAs
  • 1 physician providing direct patient care
• 6 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites, 1 Procedure room
• Late room coverage until 5:30 PM
• Single provider coverage after 5:30 PM
• EPIC EMR
• Physicians currently perform all epidurals and regional blocks

CASE MIX:

• ~4,000 annual cases
• Bread-and-butter cases including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and Endoscopy

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• No call
