Emergency Medicine Opportunity – Level III Trauma Center (Northwest Ohio)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• ABEM/BEEM preferred OR ABFM/ABIM with documented Emergency Medicine experience (minimum 2,000 hours required)
• ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required for FM/IM physicians
• Must be willing to work all shift types

FACILITY OVERVIEW:

• ~38,000 annual ED visits
• Approx. 2.1 patients per hour
• 25 ED beds
• Level III Trauma designation
• Cerner EMR (virtual training provided)
• 8-hour in-person hospital orientation/shadowing required

COVERAGE MODEL:

• 36–40 physician coverage hours daily
• 28 APP coverage hours daily

SHIFT STRUCTURE:

Varied 8–12 hour shifts including days, swings, and nights.

Weekend and extended-hour coverage included.
