• Board Requirements: ABEM/BEEM or ABFM/ABIM w/ EM Experience
• Life Certification Requirements: ATLS (ACLS, PALS recommended)
• Required for presentation: Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand.
