• **Must show proof of ATLS certification was achieved at one time – so even if it is expired, they will accept ACLS, PALS and BLS are required even if Board Certified – if provider does not have these certifications at time of Credentials, they can still move forward but must receive the certifications within 6 months of receiving their privileges Temp privileges can be granted if there is a need and if the provider has a clean file**

Requirements

• Board Requirements: ABEM/BEEM or ABFM/ABIM w/ EM Experience
• Life Certification Requirements: ACLS,BLS,PALS (Must show proof of ATLS certification was achieved at one time)
• MUST HAVE CURRENT NH License
