• (Sat-Sun: 7a-5p ; 12p-10p ; 7p-7a)

Requirements

• Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application
• Board Certification: ABEM/BEEM
• Lifetime Certifications: ATLS/ACLS if not board certified.
