The opportunity

• Permanent emergency medicine NP/PA opportunity across multiple sites.

Schedule and commitment

• Mostly 9–10-hour shifts; occasional 12-hour shifts.
• Weekend, holiday, and night coverage required.

Clinical details

• Mixed patient population across hospital emergency departments and freestanding emergency departments.
• EMR: Epic with dictation and AI scribe support.
• Physician oversight and a collaborative clinical team.
• Procedures: laceration repairs, incision and drainage, foreign-body removal, and eye examinations.
• Expected workload: 1.5–2 patients per hour.
• Hospital EDs: 30–50 beds; freestanding EDs: 16–25 beds.
• No trauma designation.

Requirements

• Two years of emergency medicine APP experience.
• Appropriate NP or PA board certification and ability to care for adults and children.
• ACLS and PALS.
• Florida licensure required.
• Must be able to work nights and care for children.
• No visa sponsorship.

Compensation and logistics

• Base compensation listed at $85/hour, with RVU incentives and a benefits package; confirm the applicable tier and final terms.
• Night differential, CME benefits, banked paid-leave hours, retirement matching, health/dental/vision benefits, and malpractice coverage.
• No sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
