The opportunity

• CRNA coverage in a hospital surgical program.

Schedule and commitment

• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour weekday shifts starting at 6:30 AM.
• Weeknight call: 4:30 PM–6:30 AM.
• Weekend call: 24-hour shifts beginning at 6:30 AM.

Clinical details

• 14 points of service; EMR: Epic.
• Case mix: OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, GI, ophthalmology, podiatry, urology, and interventional spine.
• No cardiac cases.

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Candidates generally must reside more than two hours from the site; Minneapolis-based candidates are eligible under a stated exception.

Compensation and logistics

• Listed clinical rate: $240/hour.
• Listed call pay: $490 per 14-hour shift; $740 per 24-hour shift.
